Break the Silence are delighted to be able to offer this fantastic opportunity, to take part in Dr Karen Treisman's two day trauma training, offering an abundance of learnings around the multi-layered impact of trauma, neglect, toxic stress, and disrupted attachment on children, adolescents, and on their surrounding adults.
The Spark is providing a COSCA Counselling Skills Course delivered by practicing counselling professionals throughout 2021 and 2022 in Glasgow. Whether you are thinking of starting a career in counselling or just want to improve your communication skills, this course is for you.
This 2-year specialist Diploma in Relational Counselling (25 days training each year) will equip Counsellors with the theory, understanding and skills to work inter relationally on a wide range of issues. The customised award has been credit rated by SQA at Level 11 on the Scottish Credit and Qualifications Framework (SCQF) with 120 credit points and has full validation by COSCA (Counselling & Psychotherapy in Scotland).
